Full event planning typically works with overall event budgets from approximately €10,000. The right budget depends on your guest numbers, venue and chosen services. These are starting guidelines, not fixed package prices; contact us for a personalised proposal.

No. Previous events have involved overall budgets ranging from approximately €35,000 to €500,000, demonstrating the scale of projects we can manage. This is not a minimum budget requirement. Full planning typically works from approximately €10,000, while bespoke romantic proposals can start from approximately €1,200.

Planning and management fees generally start from approximately €2,500, or may be calculated at around 10% of the overall event budget, depending on the project. We confirm the applicable fee, what it covers and how it fits into your budget in your personalised proposal.

A typical advance payment of €600 is required to confirm a booking. This advance payment is non-refundable. Your proposal and booking terms will confirm the payment arrangements for your event.

The remaining balance is normally payable 3 days before the event. Confirm the payment schedule for your particular event in the agreed proposal and booking terms.

We work throughout Cyprus. Share your preferred town or venue so we can discuss availability, travel and the practical arrangements for your event.

Our usual focus is events with around 15 to 70 guests. This is a guide rather than a fixed limit: tell us your plans so we can discuss the venue, format and support required for a smaller or larger occasion.

Larger events should ideally be discussed approximately 1.5–6 months in advance, depending on their complexity. If your date is sooner, contact us to discuss availability and what may be possible.
